We like to think our coffees are a little bit more than just the sum of their parts. They remind us of the places we've been, and they make us feel like we're right back there, even when we're thousands of miles away.
In upstate New York, this is known to be “New York’s Windiest Road” and one of our favorite places to visit.
WHY WE LIKE THIS COFFEE
100% Arabica, single origin. Our Hawks Nest is smooth, balanced, and just a little bit nutty with a hint of sweetness—just like the time we spent there. It's our way of remembering that incredible time when life was simpler, but still so full of adventure. Due to the climate, clay and metamorphic volcanic soils provide the perfect conditions for a distinct acidity and good body.
